Paul White
Paul White has a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Adelaide, was admitted in 1979 and has been in continuous legal practice, in both private law firms and the public sector, before establishing our law firm with Barbara White in 1998. Paul is a Platinum Member of the Law Society of South Australia and has been a Member of several committees, including the Administrative Law Committee, Succession Law Committee and is a current Member of the Country Lawyers Committee. Paul is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”). He is also a Member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
Barbara White
Barbara White has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide and was admitted to practice in 1984.
Barbara practised in the public sector and is a former Deputy-Registrar of Probates of the Supreme Court of South Australia. Barbara is also a Member of the Law Society of South Australia.
